2017年顶级期刊SCI影响因子(生物类)

2017年最新SCI影响因子(journal citation reports,JCR)已于6月26日公布,每年的年度SCI期刊的最新影响因子会在下一年度出来。因此今年公布的影响因子是统计的2017年度sci期刊分析报告。
JCR对包括SCI收录的3800种核心期刊(光盘版)在内的8000多种期刊(网络版)之间的引用和被引用数据进行统计、运算,并针对每种期刊定义了影响因子(Impact Factor)等指数加以报道。同时今年也有一些期刊影响因子未公布(Journals Suppressed from 2017 JCR Data (2018 release)),主要原因在于期刊2017年引文数据中发现了异常引用模式,这些模式导致了期刊影响因子和排名出现显著扭曲,并不能准确反映文献中期刊的引文表现,其中也包括一些中国期刊。
从整体上看,生物类和医药类期刊排名依然靠前,Ca-Cancer J Clin(《临床医师癌症杂志》)以244.585的高分位列榜首,经历了去年冲刺式的进步(从131.723到187.04),今年更是挺进了200,比CNS三大期刊影响因子加起来还要多,堪称“神刊”。
第二名NEJM影响因子79.258,虽然没有去年增长的快(从59.558升到了72.406),但也稳步上升中。其后为LANCET,超过了去年的第三名NATURE REVIEWS DRUG DISCOVERY(《自然评论:药物发现》),今年的影响因子达到了53.254(去年为47.831)。
Nature系列期刊中,NATURE REVIEWS DRUG DISCOVERY影响因子回落到了51.941,NATURE REVIEWS CANCER从37.147升至42.784。Nature Biotechnology从去年的41.667回落到了35.724,有网友认为前几年影响因子大涨是由于基因编辑方面的文章。
Science杂志也有所发展,从去年的37.205升至41.058,子刊Science Translational Medicine影响因子略微下降,为16.710。Science Advances今年影响因子为11.511。Cell杂志影响因子为31.398,相比于去年有所提升,不过还是离之前的32.242有距离。
几份开放性期刊中,Nature Communications今年影响因子12.353,稳步上升(去年为12.124),Cell Report影响因子8.032,略有下降。PLOS系列中PLOS MEDICINE(11.675),PLOS BIOLOGY(9.163),PLoS Pathogens(6.158),都有少许下降。
国内期刊中,Cell Research今年15.393(去年15.606),Molecular Plant影响因子为9.326,比去年的8.688有所提升。其次,Science Bulletin从去年的4.0稳步上升至4.136。
还有值得关注的Bone Research达到了12.354,跨过了10的门槛。这份期刊是由口腔疾病研究国家重点实验室、四川大学华西口腔医院主办的骨科学英文期刊。但是最新消息表明,JCR又发布了一份公告,指出将对包括这份期刊在内的几分期刊就操纵引用指数问题进行调查,最终结果如何,还有待调查结果。

影响因子是期刊定量评价的重要工具。自1975年开始,美国科学信息研究所每年都会发布上一年度其所收录期刊的引证报告,将期刊按引证的频次和影响来划分等级。期刊影响因子也因其重要的标杆意义而为一些研究机构采用,作为科研评估的指标之一。
