个人简历

廖梓延,男,1991年生,中瑞联合培养博士,中国科学院成都生物研究所博士后,副研究员,硕士研究生导师。近年来,主要围绕植物-动物-环境之间的互作网络关系,从多尺度、多维度和多类群开展宏观保护生物学研究工作,以第一(含并列)和通讯作者(含并列)在Diversity & Distributions、Biological Conservation、Science of the Total Environment、Communications Biology、Ecological Indicators、Forest Ecosystems等国际刊物上发表SCI论文十余篇,另在Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences、Science China-Life Sciences、Landscape Ecology、Environmental Research Letters、《应用生态学报》等国内外主流刊物合作发表研究论文多篇。现主持国家重点研发计划专题级1项、国家自然科学基金1项、中国博士后面上1项以及四川省留学回国人员择优科技资助1项。现担任中国卓越期刊《生物多样性》首届青年编委,担任宏观生态学、景观生态学、保护生物学等学科方向多个国内外期刊审稿人,如Diversity & Distributions、Biodiversity & Conservation、Ecology & Evolution、Remote Sensing、Land、Journal of Plant Ecology、《应用生态学报》、《植物生态学报》等。

研究方向

1. 智能优化算法与统计决策模型研发

针对目前生物多样性调查采样、生态进化与系统保护中存在的技术难点,构建多尺度、多维度生物多样性调查统计模型、生物多样性格局评估指标体系与保护空缺识别智能优化算法。

2. 生物多样性时空演变过程与机制

通过整合景观遗传学、谱系地理学和宏观生态学等学科方法,从个体、种群、群落和生态系统多角度解析青藏高原及全球生物多样性热点地区关键类群的历史演化过程,从遗传、物种、谱系和功能多维度阐明生物多样性时空格局演变过程与机制,从而揭示关键类群的适应机理和致危机制。

3. 物种灭绝风险预测与保护成效评估

系统开展生物多样性保护现状成效评估,识别空间和类群水平保护空缺,构建多目标、多维度的自动化监测体系,针对国际和国内保护物种、狭域特有物种和全球高度受胁等重点或旗舰物种生存健康状况和灭绝风险提出保护建议,为国家重大工程布置与实施当中的生物多样性保护需求提供系统解决方案。
