个人简历

薛丹,女,1988年出生,博士,青年副研究员,硕士生导师,主要从事土壤微生物组和生态功能对全球变化的响应研究,在微生物调控土壤元素循环方面积累了丰富的研究经验。近年来主持国家基金委、中国科学院和地方科研项目8项,同时还参与国家自然基金重大研究计划(培育项目)和第二次青藏科考子专题科技等项目,在微生物介导下土壤碳循环方面取得了相关研究成果,在Land Degradation & Development、Ecological Indicators、FEMS Microbiology Ecology、Science of the Total Environment等土壤、环境和微生物学主流期刊发表论文30余篇。
