个人简历
孙健,男,1971年出生。1992年毕业于四川大学化学系,1995年在中科院成都有机化学研究所获得硕士学位,1998年在中科院化学研究所获得博士学位。现任中科院成都生物研究所研究员、博士生导师、天然产物研究中心主任。主要从事有机合成方法学及其在药物发现与合成方面的应用研究,已在包括Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等国际重要刊物上发表了SCI研究论文五十余篇,先后有8篇研究论文分别被SYNFACTS和Nature China杂志专题报道并作为亮点介绍,有2篇研究论文被Organic Chemistry Portal专题推荐,已申请国际发明专利5项(2项已获授权)、国内发明专利9项(5项已获授权)。所领导的研究团队已成为国际上通过三氯硅烷不对称催化还原合成手性胺研究领域最重要的研究小组之一。同时,通过方法学研究,在活性药物分子发现研究方面也取得了重要的进展,针对肿瘤和糖尿病等重大疾病,已发现五类具有新结构并具有完全自主知识产权的高活性化学实体小分子,其中两个化合物即将完成临床前相关研究。实际应用方面,也积极开展与企业的紧密合作,为企业和地方经济发展提供了技术支持。已为国家培养博士毕业生和硕士毕业生30余名,其中1名博士生获得了国家奖学金,2名博士生获得了中国科学院院长奖学金优秀奖。2010年获中科院优秀研究生导师称号。
